WHAT: Our CrossFit Kids Certified Coaches will teach the proper form for the everyday life of a Kid…pushing, pulling, lifting, running, jumping, throwing and climbing! Classes consist of fun, exciting and challenging games, all geared towards fitness. CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence.

WHY: Crossfit Subdued Kids is a fitness program designed specifically for kids ages 5 –12 and teens 13-17 that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Healthy living requires that our kids push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift, and jump, effectively & safely regardless of whether or not they play athletics. This program is designed for universal scalability. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. The needs of our second graders and our high school athlete differ by degree not kind.

GETTING STARTED

At CrossFit Subdued your child’s first class is always FREE.  After he/she discovers that physical fitness can be fun you can sign them up for either a monthly membership (best value) or a punch card pass.
